Angeles Mendoza Sammet, environmental & social impact assessment (ESIA) consultant.  Angeles is a lecturer on Environmental Planning and Management at the UNESCO-IHE Institute in Deft, The Netherlands, where she focuses on the use of impact assessment to improve Integrated Water and Resource Management through teaching, research, and capacity development. She is co-founder and president of White Eagle Sustainable Development, a Calgary-based NGO that provides advisory services on ESIA and Environmental/Protected Area Management for communities in Canada and indigenous and rural communities in Mexico since 2009. Linkedin Profile

Olga Voldman-Anikina is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP). She received her doctorate degree in Adult Education from the Moscow University and her Management Diploma from the Open British University, has several professional training and psychometrics certifications. After her 10+ years academic career as an Associate Professor in Educational Psychology and Adult Learning, Olga decided that was high time for a change of professional scenery and moved to business corporate world, where she is for 15+ years now. Olga has been a project team lead and a senior learning and development specialist for various European Union, United Nations and World Bank International Projects, big Oil and Gas companies (Baker Hughes and Suncor Energy) and Financial Institutions (International Financial Corporation), providing training services within 24 countries (Europe, Africa, Middle East, North America). She considers the most enjoyable part of her life-long training career interacting with people and being essential part of their professional and leadership development. Paulina Barreto Heredia (Mexico):

Paulina has extensive experience in strategic environmental impact assessments, issues related to hydrology, hydrogeomorphology, analysis and management of geographic information, environmental services conservation, integrated water management, international best practices, integrated waste management, environmental education, community work, fieldwork, among others. Gladys Núñez-Nogueira (Mexico):

Gladys is an Industrial and Interior Designer by profession. She has specialized in the design and equipment of Commercial Spaces including hotels and Corporate headquarters, nationally and internationally.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated on projects with numerous accolades and awards for design, quality and efficiency in the proposed furniture and lighting. Irene has 25 years of experience in the oil, gas and mining industry, having held various planning and management positions at ConocoPhillips in Venezuela and Peru and in Teikoku Oil of Venezuela in the wide range of environmental, industrial safety and occupational health (HSE) issues, stakeholder engagement and management, and sustainable development. She holds two university degrees in Microbiology and Environmental Studies, respectively, from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, USA, and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management and Spatial Planning at the University of Paris I, La Sorbonne in Paris , France. As a consultant, her experience includes participation in projects related to environmental and social impact studies, social license,  community relations and dialogue with stakeholders, stakeholder engagement, voluntary principles and human rights, consultation and participation processes , involuntary resettlement, training and capacity building, for  companies institutions and such as ConocoPhillips Venezuela and Peru, ILO, Southern Copper Peru, Pacific Rubiales Energy, Hunt Oil Peru, Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru, Hudbay Peru, Ministry of the Environment Peru, Nippon Koei, Municipality of Sullana Peru, Chamber of Canadian Commerce, Ministry of Energy and Petroleum of Kenya, among others.
